General Description
  • MiDAS2.0 family offers very fast performance available in 80C52-compatible microcontroller. It features a newly-designed processor core that executes each instruction up-to 3 times faster than original 80C52 processor at the same clock speed.

  • In addition to the heritage of MiDAS1.0 family, MiDAS2.0 family provides very powerfull peripherals such as two 6-channel PCA¡¯s and an additional UART. A total of 18 external interrupt sources (12 in PCA), 12 channel PWM output, and up to 80 general purpose IO ports (100-TQFP) make MiDAS2.0 family outstand for a variety of system control applications.

  • CORERIVER Technology offers not only the chips but also its user-friendly development tools such like 1) MDS (MCU Development System), 2) S/W generation and debugging tools including optimizing C-compiler, 3) Application system, and 4) ROM writer.
