General Description
MiDAS1.1 family offers very fast performance available in 80C51-instruction level compatible microcontroller. It is the low cost version of MiDAS1.0 family. ROM and RAM size is reduced to 4Kbytes and 128bytes each. CORERIVER Technology offers not only the chips but also its user-friendly development tools for MiDAS1.1 family such like 1) MDS (MCU Development System), 2) S/W generation and debugging tools including optimized C-compiler, 3) Application system, and 4) ROM writer.
